Guide for Authors

Submissions of Full Paper will be accepted until September 29, 2018. All submissions must be entirely original, not previously published, and must not be under concurrent consideration or scheduled for presentation elsewhere.

  • All papers must be submitted electronically by using the submission form.
  • Please note that technical committee of CAUCONF will make decision for oral or poster presentation.
  • Poster papers receive the same privilege as oral paper.
  • The authors of the paper will take responsibility for any Intellectual Property issues concerning the papers on their own.
  • The organizing committee of CAUCONF reserves the right to use the papers for conference purposes.
  • All submissions will be reviewed. Selection for inclusion in the conference program will be based upon quality, originality, and relevance, in the judgment of the review process.
  • Authors submitting papers agree that if accepted at least one author will attend the conference. In the extraordinary case of non-attendance, the corresponding author registered to the conference will receive the proceedings and the proofs of conference participation by mail.

Plagiarism policy and multiple submissions

Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference or journal at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and the technical committee of CAUCONF may take action against any author who engages in either practice. Accordingly, all submissions will be screened for plagiarism.

Your submission should contain the following:

  • Paper title
  • Name, institute affiliation, and email address for all authors
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Body of paper
  • Tables, figures, etc. in their proper position in the paper (if applicable)
  • Conclusion
  • References
